DS Smith Tri-Wall is part of DS Smith Packaging, one of the leading producers of corrugated packaging in the United Kingdom. The DS Smith Tri-Wall factory is based in Monmouth UK and is specialised in heavy duty export packaging.
The office in Rijswijk is responsible for the sales in the most important European countries. We are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team for Scandinavia and The Netherlands.
Primary responsibility
As the primary contact for our customers, you are responsible for the quotation and order flow processes, functioning as a liaison between sales, design, accounting, and production. |

You develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with the customers to assure customer satisfaction. |
| |
• |
You assist in making the best packaging specification, you determine selling prices and enter orders. Based on account and production knowledge, the representative is expected to advise the customer in order to obtain the best technical or efficient solution. Negotiations about delivery terms and pricing are an essential part of the job. |

You handle customer complaints and solicit feedback from customers regarding their level of satisfaction with the company’s products and services. |

|
• |
You will be trained to obtain excellent knowledge about the production process at the factory and of the capabilities of the plant. |

• |
You work closely with a local sales engineer. Together you develop the market in your country. |
